Thank you to all who donated this past month. Our church donated $2755 that will be sent to NC GMC conference to be used in WNC. Also, several people in our congregation donated items and support to Piney Grove GMC for their annual Fall Festival and the auction raised over $14,000. Reports also shared that some people who won items, like children’s bikes, turned around and donated the items back to be sent to WNC.
The need continues. The donation bag for Helene remains in the back of the church. That is one outlet. The men of the church are working with GPS, God’s People Serving, located in Goldston, to possibly make a work trip to help with tree removal. Love Chatham continues to accept monetary donations and items to send.
