Every 5th Sunday of the calendar year, the Chatham country GMC churches of the Siler City district come together to worship and fellowship. We had that gathering on Sunday, 10/29/2023 at Goldston GMC. It was a full church which made the worship inspiring.
The choir of Goldston GMC gave a wonderful anthem. The music for congregational singing was accompanied by piano and violin. The music was so rich and beautiful. We began worship with Turn Your Eyes Upon Jesus and ended with Amazing Grace.
We were privileged to have Pastor Jason provide scripture and the message of conversion and mission. He shared stories of John Wesley and Martin Luther. We are called and commanded to share the good news to all the world.

And after the benediction, led by Pastor Lilly of Hickory Grove GMC, we feasted. Goldston provided a wonderful meal of BBQ pork, green beans, potato salad, slaw, homemade rolls and desserts. The Fellowship hall was alive with Christian Fellowship.
