Pastor Jason and his lovely wife were away this weekend, celebrating Jason’s big birthday!
But church didn’t miss a beat today. Ernie, our Lay Leader, led worship and gave a wonderful sermon. He talked about Jonah and how Jonah gave all kinds of excuses why he shouldn’t go to Ninevah. But God had bigger plans for Jonah and Ninevah, just like he has plans for us. So, when we are called to do something outside of our comfort zones, remember that God is going to equip us to do the job. Don’t run, just trust God.
Randy led music today with his guitar. The music was just perfect for the day.
